If the requested dates are marked as not available, please feel free to cotact us at email@example.com. In case of any cancellation you can be the first who will be served.
The best daily rates and promotions are available on-line eleven months in advance. Please contact us directly if you need to book any room beyond this period.
Guaranteed reservation and deposit
All reservations made through the hotel's official web site must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel (see below). The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Early arrivals and late departures
If you plan to arrive in the morning and you would like to have immediate access to your room, we recommend you to make a reservation for the night prior to your arrrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your room until your departure. If you choose not to reserve an extra night, we will be glad to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.
Cancellation of individual bookings
Cancellation policies may vary. You can learn more during the booking procedure.
Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge in their parents' room. The rollaway bed or the baby cot must be requested in advance. Highchairs are available in the breakfast room.
Pets are allowed with restrictions for an extra charge of 15 EUR/day (food is not included). Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.
According to the amendment of the 2016 CLVI. law, from 1st September 2021, all accommodation service providers are obliged to record identification documents (e.g. ID cards, passports) of all guests using the document reader upon check-in. The system protects the rights, security and property of the data subject and others.
In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service.
